Residential 'Standard' Takeoff $0.18/SF*
includes: Foundation (Walls, Slabs, Poly,
Damp Proofing, CMU Wall Blocks) Framed
in shell, Tyvek, Vapor Barrier, Full Roofing,
Trims, Screws, Doors & Windows, Insulation,
Basic Interior and Exterior Trims. All decks,
porches, terraces, porticos are
$0.18/SF* in addition to the above
pricing. Anything more is extra cost.
Residential "Closed In Shell':
Takeoff" $0.12/SF* includes: Foundation,
Framed in shell, (Includes: Sheathing, Siding,
Roofing, Doors & Windows)Basic exterior trims.
All decks, porches, terraces, porticos
are $0.12/SF* in addition to the
above pricing. Anything more is extra cost.
Residential 'Rough Framing':
Takeoff $0.08/SF* (includes: rough lumber,
roofing shingles and plywood only) (Quantity
Take Off Only), Decks and open
porches are not included. Anything more
is extra cost.
Residential Rush Specials Only:
12 Hour (Next Day) Rush Projects.
Add $0.05/SF* House Projects Only-Up to
3,500SF including the garage.
24 Hour (Second Day) Rush Projects
Add $0.03/SF* House Projects Only-Up to
3,500SF including the garage.

$90.00/Hr* with a (1.5) One and 1/2 Hour minimum
charge.

Add $15/Hr* to normal charge above.

There will be a minimum charge of $50
for all projects which require less
than 1 hour of time, or whose square footage price is less than
$50.
If prints sent are in 1/8" scale,
and there are a lack of dimensional specifications, we can not
guaranty accuracy. Particularly with partition walls which do
not have wall width specifications.
All customers are responsible for 1.5%
per month interest charges for invoices that are 30 days or more
overdue. Customer is responsible for all collections charges
and attorney's fees for any invoices that are 30 days or more
overdue from date of origination.

tracked service, we may not receive your prints in order to perform
the work in time for your own due date.
